If you prefer time to reflect rather than a live conversation, a recorded reading offers a thoughtful alternative. You'll receive your reading to listen to whenever it suits you, allowing you to pause, take notes, and return to the guidance whenever you find it helpful.

They are anywhere between 10-20+ minutes. It depends on your guides and what they have to say and how quick they want to say it.

Tell me what you want the focus to be and ask the question you want answered the most:
Clarity: is it in relationships? Career? Life direction? Spiritual direction?
Energy: what feels off or wonky? Where in your health (physical, spiritual, energetic) would you like the focus?

nope. The reading is completed independently and emailed when done & ready.

Not for the recorded readings.
You can ask for a clarity for a particular area of your life (career, relationships, moving, family etc) and ask a few questions about the same area (eg focus is career: should I stay in this job? Or look for a different career all together?)But, you cannot ask about multiple areas of your life in one recorded reading - you are however, welcome to purchase more than one and I will record it all together for you!

You can ask about another person, but your answers are limited to your direct experience with them - I cannot, and will not, root around in someone else’s private energy space. I can offer you guidance to what you need to do in relation to them and the question you have regarding them.

Once we connect on zoom, I will invite your loved ones and spirit guides to come in as well and let them provide guidance focused on the questions, circumstance and intentions you come in with.

Absolutely yes! I find it helpful if you bring questions in. I like to think of it like we are connecting to the library of you, your guides are like the librarian, questions help them find the specific book you need to get the guidance that is the most useful. We also only have 60-90 minutes and I want you to get the absolute most out of our time together and feel like you got what you needed by the end - questions help us do that!
If you don’t know what to ask, that’s okay too, you will still get plenty of information & guidance.

I give you a lot of information in these sessions and it is an impossible ask to remember all of it! Recordings give you the opportunity to go back and listen whenever you need to get all the goodness out of the session you can!

Its super common to be nervous in the first session! But know that I will never know anything about you that you don’t want me to know!
I welcome a healthy amount of skepticism and I always ask people to let me know if I have said something that doesn’t make sense (it usually means that I have misunderstood a sign or symbol) and we can figure it out.
I do ask that you come in with an open mind and an open heart, and to use your own discernment - if something resonates take it, if something doesn’t leave it. You are the one deciding what is right for you.
In our time of social media and being able to look people up, I assure you, I don’t have the time nor desire to deep dive or check in to you - it is far faster and easier and way more ideal to just let your guides and loved ones share their wisdom and knowledge with you.
If I know anything about you prior to our session (eg. your brother came to see me last week so I have some knowledge of your loved one) I will fully disclose that with you.
